When you register or authenticate via Apple ID (Sign in with Apple), we collect your verified email address or privacy relay alias, unique user identifier, and profile nickname to manage your account and subscription entitlement.

Device & Diagnostic Logs

To ensure software stability, we collect non-identifiable technical metrics: operating system version, hardware model, application version, crash stack traces, and anonymous performance logs.

Aggregated Usage Statistics

We measure aggregate feature utilization and workflow completion rates to optimize usability. This data is strictly anonymized and cannot be linked to any individual identity.

  • We never collect precise GPS background location data.
  • We never access your contacts, camera roll, photos, or microphone without explicit, immediate user authorization for on-device processing.
  • Biometric data (Face ID, Touch ID) is processed entirely by Apple Secure Enclave on your device; OrbitNex has zero access to your biometrics.

We process your data strictly under recognized legal bases defined by GDPR Article 6 and applicable privacy statutes:

1. Performance of a Contract Providing core application features, synchronizing encrypted settings across devices, validating App Store in-app purchases, and managing your user account.
2. Legitimate Interests Debugging software defects, analyzing anonymous crash logs, preventing fraudulent abuses or cyber threats, and safeguarding server infrastructure.
3. Compliance with Legal Obligations Maintaining statutory financial transaction records, answering lawful requests from regulatory authorities, and meeting audit standards.
4. User Consent Where applicable, for optional telemetry or beta testing features. You may withdraw consent at any time without negative consequence.
